After two years of remote work due to the pandemic, more people were coming back to the office. The transition highlighted a crucial need: rediscovering joy in the workplace. To do this, we helped introduce "HP-Ness @ Work,"" a program aimed at creating happiness at work through the core themes of Togetherness, Wellness, and Merriness.

After years of isolation, HP employees yearned for the magic of in-person connections, vital for rebuilding the camaraderie and culture lost to COVID-19. As we return to the office, it's about reigniting the spark of togetherness, transforming the endless cycle of remote work into a vibrant, social environment.

Crafting
happiness at HP

We designed a half-year program focused on placemaking, meaningful connections and community building to create more happiness at work. Titled "HP-Ness @ Work", we created 3 foundational themes—Togetherness, Wellness, Merriness—brought to life through adorable avatars that engendered a sense of warmth and community.

Starting the workday bright and right

We kicked off the program with a carnival-themed HP Breakfast Event, transforming 3 different office sites across Singapore into festive hubs with balloon entrance archs, vibrant décor and thematic food kiosks. Thousands of employees were welcomed back by HP leaders, serving up smiles and diverse breakfast sets, fostering a warm and celebratory atmosphere.

Spaces designed
to spark joy

A massive photo wall with detachable props became the heart of cheerful reunions, offering a fun, interactive experience for employees. Themed feedback cards, along with branded badges and postcards, added a personal touch to the memorable gatherings.

Serving up more
joyful interactions

By the end of the breakfast event, employees left with full bellies and even fuller hearts. Over 1,700 employees enjoyed happiness meals at our event, achieving a remarkable 91% turnout.
