The inaugural HTX GoCloud Roadshow marked a pivotal moment in the journey toward a cloud-first future for HTX and its Home Team agencies. Over the span of two electrifying days, the HTX Playpen was transformed into a vibrant hub for innovation, education, and engagement, unveiling the new GoCloud Initiative.
At the heart of this event was the HTX GoCloud initiative, designed to help HTX staff and Home Team agencies (Xponents) shift to a “cloud-first” mindset and get on the GoCloud Portal, a vast ecosystem to access all HTX cloud information. This transformation required a big launch, to signal the blast off towards the cloud and to bring more people on board.
The GoCloud brand identity was a critical component of our strategy. This involved the creation of a distinctive and recognizable GoCloud logo, a comprehensive style guide, and the development of key visuals and graphics that would become the face of the initiative.
Next, we conceptualized a 2-day inaugural HTX GoCloud Roadshow, planning content roadmaps, pre-event engagement, designing and transforming the HTX Playpen space into a dynamic roadshow experience. The roadshow was envisioned to engage and inspire attendees, blending Cloud Spotlight talks with interactive booth activities, personalized t-shirts and GoCloud jackets with live printing, and much more.
The HTX GoCloud Roadshow exceeded all expectations, hitting twice the targeted attendee numbers, marking the start of a reimagined cloud journey for over 500 Xponents from across HTX.
